Zircon Energy Solutions Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates who are highly motivated professional to fill the following position;
Office Administrator X 1
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage company accounts and accounting duties
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Required competencies/ Experience
- Full grade 12 school certificate
- Certificate in any of the following; ZICA Technician or preferably ZICA licentiate, CAT OR ACCA Skills(Level 2)
- Minimum of one year working experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc. )
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
