Senior Sales and Distribution Manager

To develop and execute the Sales & Distribution strategy for Zamtel that would result in achieving incremental customer market share (CMS) and revenue market share (RMS) leadership in Zambia.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business inclined discipline and/its equivalent
• MBA is an added advantage

Professional Registration:

• Zambia Institute of Marketing with a valid Practicing Certificate

Minimum Experience :

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Telecommunications and consumer sales environment

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of the Telecoms market in Zambia is preferred
