The mandctes of Zambia Tourism Agency is to effectively market and promote Zambia as a tourism and travel destination of chcice and to regulate the tourism industry.

OFFICE

Job Title: Officer – Licencing x 1

Principal Accountabilities:-

• To undertake effectively the licensing of Tourism Enterprises in order to ensure compliance to Statutory requirements and collection of revenue;
• To underlake regularly the conduct of inspections ot Tourism Enterprises in order to ensure all Tourism Enterprises are licensed;
• To conduct regularly, Tourism Licencing Awareness Programmes to Tourism Enterprises in order to educate them on licensing procedures;
• To undertake periodically monitoring and evaluation of licensing programmes in order to facilitate implementation of appropriate interventions.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement:

• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate
• Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or equivalent;
• Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience: 2 years;
• Zambian National;
• Age 25 – 35 years:
