Security Supervisor – Siavonga at Yalelo Limited

Yalelo is seeking a highly analytical, detail oriented and Hands – on individual to fill the role of Security Supervisor. This position is based at our production site in Siavonga and reports directly to the Security Manager – Production.

At Yalelo, we work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive initiative is critical to the success of the business. The primary purpose of this role is to provide controls and manage risk at our production site and closely monitor our distribution network.

– The Right-Fit candidate will:

• Manage Control room and shift activity, Access control, goods movement & site stock loss prevention from the lake, In- Transit warehousing and dispatch.
• Ensure timely reporting
• Control Guard – force command and deployment
• Conduct risk assessments to prevent loss, sabotage and theft
•  Motivate and build strong teams that will aim for the same goals.

The Essentials:

• Proven track record in private Security Management
• Certificate or higher in Security Management
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office is a must
• 3 years of experience in security forces or private security
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Ability to swim
• Clean Driver’s License (Motor–Bike riding skills will be ideal)

Competencies:
