QUALIFICATION
- Grade twelve certificate atlist with 5′′ O levels
- Certificate or Diploma in hotel management
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Must have worked in the similar position atlist one year six months.
DUTIES
- Make reservations and respond to emails
- Maintain a filling system
- Handling phone calls
- Good marketing skills
- Good communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
- proficiency in Ms office
- excellent in time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to deal and problem solving skills
