Human Resources Manager at Waste Management and Disposal Services

Duties:

• Analyzes wage and salary reports and data, must have mine rotation system knowledge. Must be able to create systems from scratch and implement them.
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs
• Prepares budget of human resources operations
• Conducts annual salary surveys
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
• Capability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 5 to 10 years work experience in a similar position.

Must be very hard working, willing to work long hours and to meet deadlines, works well under pressure, must be of high intergrity, sober character preferred not mandatory. Must be a great thinker, with out of the  box ideas, willing to start work immediately. Must have mine operations experience. Good Sense of humor and loyal

Must be a member of HR institute of Zambia
