Varun Food and Beverages Zambia Ltd (Creambell), a leading food and beverage manufacturing company located along Mungwi Road on Plot Number 37426 Heavy Industrial area, Lusaka is URGENTLY looking to recruit suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions of:

1. Sales Supervisor for Lusaka, Kitwe and Ndola – Informal Trade

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business administration, business management or any other business related Programme.
• Must be below 36 years old.
• Honest and trust worthy.
• 5 to 6 years of Hard Core Sales experience
• Team Leader
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Supervise sales representatives and assistants to achieve company objectives and Targets
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meet all sales targets and goals

2. Sales Supervisor for Modern Trade in Kitwe and Ndola

Minimum Requirements

• 5 to 6 years work experience in Modern Trade Business
• Must have a diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business administration, business management or any other business related Programme.
• Must be below 36 years old.
• Honest and trust worthy.
• He or She shall report to the Manager Modern Trade

3. Promoters

• To Sale the Company range of Dairy products
• Even freshers with acquaintance in Sales can apply for the position
• Diploma or Degree in any Business course.
