VACANCY: Stores Manager

DEPARTMENT (S): Commercial – (Stores Section)

REPORTING TO: Commercial Director

JOB SUMMARY

•  Managing the entire stores section
•  Accurate recording of materials receipts & issues
•  Handling physical stock taking and variances reconciliations
•  Managing the entire stores staff and coaching
•  Preparing management information system (MIS)
•  Experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) biased to manufacturing
•  Experience in a beverage industry will be an added advantage
•  Proper updates of the stores ledger & bin cards

REQUIREMENTS

• Full Chartered Institute of Purchases & Supply (UK)
• Full Membership of a local regulatory professional body and fully paid up through 2019 a must
• 5 years’ managerial experience and able to handle both internal & external auditors
• Ability to work under pressure especially during the audit and work extra hours if required
• Ability to use a computer and good knowledge of SAP accounting package is added advantage
• Good interpersonal skill
