Stores Officer at Tyreport Ltd

We are looking for results driven Stores Officer to be responsible for all stores management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance system operations of the production plant and warehouses.

Responsibilities:

• Organize all stores operations including stores documentations in the company
• Prepare and control the stores budget aiming for maximum efficiency
• Monitor stock levels and ensure there are no stock outs
• Inspect the areas in the store rooms and resolve any issues that might arise
• Reconcile delivery notes to finished goods/dispatches on a monthly basis
• Maintain minimum/maximum reporting to management
• Maintain and manage finished goods, raw materials and other stock in the warehouse
• Maintain bin card system in all stores warehouse
• Ensure the store rooms fulfill all legal, health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Diploma in CIPS or any related field
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills
• Commercial awareness
• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles and able to assist with stock order forecasting
• Stock aging reporting
• First in first out and stock rotation experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word a must
• Knowledge in Pastel an added advantage
