Topstar is a Zambian communications company that has come to offer Digital life to all Zambians. As an equal opportunity employer and fast growing company, we are currently looking for experienced candidate to fill the vacancy of Customer Care Representative.

Responsibility

  • Sales of Topstar products.
  • Activation of Topstar products on Star boss
  • Respond to customer inquiries timely.
  • Handle and resolve customer’s complaints.
  • Account for Cash from daily sales.
  • Stock taking
  • After sales services
  • Follow- up on initial contacts
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

  • Bachelor/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing any other related filed.
  • Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Local Residents will be given priority.
  • Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent communications, writing and analytical skills and Problem solving skills.
