Retail Manager at TopFloor Zambia

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 8 years’ experience in a retail sector.
• At least 4 years’ in a supervisory capacity in retail sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or Procurement and Supply or a related field.
• Experience in book shop management or high street retail management is an added advantage
• Must have experience with retail management, supply chain management, stock management, general store administration and people management
• Conversant with Microsoft word and excel.
