Head Teacher at Tinti Trust School (Day Care and Pre-Grade)

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in education or an equivalent professional qualification

2. Five years working experience

3. Experience in private school

4. Proven success in a range of strategic roles including data management, self-evaluation and school improvement

5. Knowledge of best practice and procedures for safeguarding children and young people

6. High level of personal skill in using and applying information and communication technology (ICT)

7. Good organisational abilities andability to delegate.

8. Successful experience of providing for pupils with additional learning needs.

9. Be able to identify and communicate a clear vision for the future.

10. Proven experience of significantly raising pupil achievement and a strong commitment to ensuring that every pupil succeeds.

11. A proven track record of ‘excellence’ as a class teacher

12. Maximum 40 years old
