The Real Meat Group is inviting suitable applicants to fill the following vacancies:

1. Cashier

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Depot Supervisor, you will be responsible for receiving payment and giving change with accuracy and efficiency while providing customers with friendly and helpful service.  You will also supervise other staff in the depot.

Qualifications & Experience

• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with minimum of Credit in English and Mathematics
• Certificate in any finance or business related field
• At least one (1) year cashiering experience in an FMCG business
• Prior experience with POS will be an added advantage
• Knowledgeable about meat cuts will be an added advantage
  Highly numerate and good customer service skills

2. Butchery Assistant

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Cashier, you will be responsible for serving customers based on their specifications while providing customers with friendly and helpful service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with minimum of Credit in English and Mathematics
• Certificate in any finance or business related field will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in an FMCG business and knowledge of meat cuts will be an added advantage
• High integrity and good customer service skills

3. Blockman

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Cashier, you will be responsible for cutting meat based on customer specifications while providing customers with friendly and helpful service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with minimum of Credit in English and Mathematics
• At least one (1) year experience in cutting meat in a large meat processing business
• Highly knowledgeable about meat cuts and familiar with butchery equipment
• High integrity and self disciplined
