The Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) is a statutory body under an Act of Parliament No.15. NIPA now seeks the services of highly motivated individuals to its team of skilled professionals.

Plumber x1

Reports to: Reports to maintenance superintedent

Role purpose:

To carry out plumbing works involving repair/maintenance of pipes, in offices and hostels as directed timely in order to provide a conducive working and learning environment.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma/Craft Certificate in Plumbing
• Minimum three years minimum post qualifying work experience
• Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Ability to schedule tasks
• Knowledge of work tools used in plumbing
• Ability to read building specifications and related documents
• Basic knowledge of bricklaying
• Oral communication
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Honest
• Should have work ethics
• Good public relations
