HEAD HUMAN RESOURCE (01)

Reporting to Manager Human Resource & Administration. (To be based at Head Office)

JOB PURPOSE

To supervise the provision of Human Resource and Administrative support services in order to facilitate efficient operations of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Full Grade 1 2 School Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
• A member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant working experience
• Age – 35 Years to 45 Years
• Computer Literate, Leadership skills, Analytical skills, Ability to write technical & analytical Reports
