Motor Bike Riders x12 at Southern Provincial Health Office

The Southern Provincial Health Office under the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) Project through a Cooperative Agreement (CoAg) with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is seeking for eligible, self-motivated and qualified applicants for the positions listed below for the various levels (Provincial, District, Facility and Community)

(B) DISTRICT LEVEL

JOB TITLE: MOTOR BIKE RIDERS (12 POSITIONS)

Purpose: Responsible is to Ride project Motorcycle in order to facilitate transportation of samples and other Logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Rides safely and regularly the Samples from the facilities to the District hubs
• Prepares timely accidents reports in order to facilitate decision making
• Completes timely logbooks in order to enhance accountability of the trips
• Undertakes regularly basic Motorbike inspection in order to ascertain its road worthiness

Qualifications

• Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate
• Riding experience for a minimum of 2 years.
• Must have class A driver’s license
