Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Learning and Development environment, with a proven track record, with depth of expertise across the L & D value chain. Strong computer literacy in MS office is essential

Understanding of commercial principles and operational requirements, demands, business pressures and time restraints High level of attention to detail Able to manage conflict Must be able to exercise sound judgment and initiate action where relevant Influencing and collaboration skills Strong team orientation Ability to develop partnerships and with management
Job Summary:
To lead, support, plan, deliver and evaluate all L&D assigned projects by applying project management principles. To develop and deliver on all L&D assigned project (new and current), ensuring that all projects are aligned to the overall L&D strategy
