Sales Manager

Job description

• Formulate and implement sales policies that adheres to all company policies, procedure and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
• Develop a business plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures that attainment of Company sales goals and profitability.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Ensure all sales are covered by relevant documentation such as letters of credit and other acceptable guarantees
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems , interests , competitive activities and potential for new products and services

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree/advanced diploma in sales and marketing/business management or equivalent
• 2 – 4 years experience in similar role
• Proficiency in computer usage, in particular MS word and MS excel
• Must be organised and a creative thinker
• Must be willing to work on weekend
• Ability and desire to sell
• Excellent communication skills
