DUTIES
- monitor stocks movements in the kitchen
- check freshness of the food and ingredients
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- conduct menu planning
- make sure that all the food coming out of the kitchen are of good standard
- supervise all the chef and porters in the kitchen
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in hotel management or advanced certificate in food production
- More than three years work experience
- Excellent communication skills
