Human Resource Manager Job Position

Summary

Qualifications:

  • Education: Grade 12 certificate, Atleast a Degree in Human Resource Management

  • Work experience: More than (1)one year work a experience in a reputable firm;

  • Familiar with social security, provident fund, labour law and other regulations;

  • Good at communication and recruitment between different departments;

  • Good communication and coordination ability, expression ability and emergency response ability;

  • Proficient in WORD, PPT, PS and other office software.

  • Job description:

  • Responsible for the company’s human resources planning;

  • Formulated and modified the personnel system, including the company’s recruitment system, performance appraisal system and employee attendance system;

  • Responsible for the recruitment and interview of employees. Implement employee recruitment. Determine the number of recruitment, selection of recruitment methods; Recruitment implementation: screening resumes to determine candidates for interview; To conduct interviews and determine candidates for trial employment;

  • Responsible for contract management of employees. Signing of labour contracts; Pay labour insurance, strengthen the connection with labour safeguard branch; management;

  • Responsible for staff performance assessment;

  • Handle procedures related to demission, dismissal and resignation of employees;

  • Responsible for drafting and implementing various rules and regulations related to company personnel;

  • Responsible for handling various employee complaints;

  • Responsible for inspecting, supervising and implementing relevant national policies on labour, personnel, internal rules and regulations of the company;
