Swimming Instructor Assistant at Reputable Company

We are looking for Swimming Instructor Assistant for a small swimming school in Sowlezi.

The position is a part time post for 3 afternoons a week, with the possibility of this being extended to 5 days depending on growth of the swimming school. This role would suit someone already self employed but can also commit to the long term growth and development of the company.

Overall purpose of the job:

To assist the Swimming Coach teach people of all ages and abilities to develop swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water

KEY ACTIVITIES/ROLES:

To assist with planning and delivering lessons ensuring adherence to the scheme of work and lesson plans

• The ability to encourage people and put them at ease
• Computer literate

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential

• Confident Swimmer (A SWIMMING DEMONSTRATION WILL BE PART OF THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

All swimming assistants must have achieved, as a minimum, any of the following

• First aid background
• A certificate of swimming from a recognized institution.
• A qualification in Physical Education
• Previous experience working with children
