Poultry Farm Manager

A leading company in the agro industry is looking for a Poultry Farm Manager.

Key Skills and Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience working with poultry, preferably broiler chickens and at least 1 year in a management position.
• Must have a driver’s license and at least 2 years’ experience driving.
• Must have minimum qualification of a Diploma in Agricultural Studies, specialization in Livestock would be an added bonus.
• Must have some computer literacy; Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
• Must understand Bio security
• Must understand the vaccination procedure.
• Must be capable to run 4 sites and a labor compliment of 70 people.
• Must have traceable references.
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must be able to handle work stress and pressure well
• Must be able to maintain the equipment
