Description
The position reports to the Sales Team Leader – As a BDE, you will be required to sell Qrent products, goods and services to customers. Your work involves interacting with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. You will be required to find new sales leads through client referrals, personal engagements at business and social gatherings.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic approach to account management and customer relationships
- Construct and implement profitable long-term account plans
- Gain a better understanding of your client’s needs and expectations
- Enhance the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with key decision makers
- Build strong value-added customer relationships leading to increased revenues
- Create support processes that fulfill customer expectations and facilitate best practice key account management
ATTRIBUTES:
- Previous sales experience is a must
- Minimum 2 years of computer service experience
- Knowledge of IT hardware
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Enthusiasm, reliability and ability to multi task
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Exhibits professionalism at all times
- Technical abilities, PC and internet literacy
- Willing to work outside prescribed working hours
- Valid drivers license
