Job Description:
MAIN DUTIES
Attend to walk-in visitors/customers who call at the reception. If it is decided to grant access, a safety brief including emergency response will be conducted with visitor/customer Effective management of the switchboard by effectively handling customer issues and queries. This also applies to in-house calls. Answering telephone Calls within Three Rings. Ensure all office equipment i.e. phones, printers, scanners, air conditioning system , external water storage, office furniture, fixtures, lighting, elevator , water dispensers, canteen / kitchen equipment, and beverage machine are in good working order. Any faults to be reported to the respective Manager or service provider. Maintain an updated visitor’s register /book for purposes of recording every visitor who comes to Puma offices for safety and accountability purposes. Supervision of contractors i.e. Magnum, NemChem, florists and enviro-care Preparation of PNF’s for service provider in scope of job Receive all incoming mail and distribute to respective functions Ensure all outgoing mail is dispatched within 24 hours All airway bills to be filed away in clearly labelled boxes. Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
