Painter x1

You will responsible to complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in Job Work Oder plans, to clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly and look after all the tools supplied by the company in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift.

Qualifications

• Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
• One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
• Good civil and health and safety  knowledge
• Grade twelve and or Nine Certificate
• 2+ years residential or commercial painting experience required
• Ability to complete projects on-time and on-budget
• Excellent communication and team-building skills

Bricklayer x1

The Candidate must meet the following requirement:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Bricklaying and Plastering.
• Must have knowledge about general construction, materials,tools and processes
• Must be a team player, but can work independently as well.
• Deliver a cost-effective repair solution in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Be an operative covering all aspects of commercial and residential property repairs and maintenance
• Have a focus on general building, but having experience in carpentry and locks trades would be preferable also.

Plumber x1

Job Purpose

Your role is to ensure that excellent plumbing works are done and in line with Company policy to ensure that customers receive adequate service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out assessment and repairs of all pumping work orders issued out.
• Carry out any other duties that your supervisor may assign you.
• Qualifications and other Attributes
• Full grade twelve (12) school certificate with at least five (05) O levels credits including English Language and Mathematics.
• Mature, honest and sober Character.
• Craft certificate in plumbing
• At least two (02) years working experience.
• Experience in the water supply and sanitation will be added advantage.
• Preferably a membership to EIZ.
