Key Competencies/ Proficiency
We need a KAM in Zambia who is of B2B and preferably B2C background.
· The role will be in individual capacity of Channel management/ expansion & business development in different cities of Ghana hence self motivator & go-getter is required for this role who can think out of the box
· Responsible for Key account management, channel expansion, retail footprint, primary and secondary sale of Philips Lighting range of products
· Ideal candidate should have experience of managing & expanding Key account & channel partner base based on relevant channel competency and achieving required volumes.
· Promote Philips Lighting products in individual customer visits, product demonstrations.
· Give inputs for material forecasting as per project funnel
· Provide information about market trends, competitor’s sales practices
Qualification
Graduate & preferably MBA
Experience
Minimum 8 years, maximum 12 years
Key account management, primary and secondary sale of Philips Lighting range of products
· Ideal candidate should have experience of managing & expanding Consumer sales distributors & small size projects.
· Give inputs for material forecasting for next 3-6 months
· Provide information about market trends, competitor’s.
