PDH Foundation trading as Urban Bliss Hotel seeks to recruit qualified individuals in the new hotel opening soon:

HEAD CHEF

Job Purpose: To operate the kitchen in a professional manner, creating a menu, recipes, food costing, training, and maintaining an organized, high-quality product to guests dining at the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a full menu and recipes for a Family-Friendly and Steakhouse Restaurant
• Create and maintain a productive and clean kitchen
• Food costing and inventory

Qualifications

• Full grade twelve certificate
• Diploma in hospitality management/food production
• 5 years of experience in managing a kitchen and employees in a similar setting
• 35 years-old and above
• Competences and Experience
• Self-motivated and hard working
• Food preparation skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and interpersonal skills
