PDH Foundation trading as Urban Bliss Hotel seeks to recruit qualified individuals in the new hotel opening soon:

BANQUET AND EVENTS MANAGER

Job purpose: To promote the facilities available in an energetic and professional manner with attention to detail in providing quotations for guests and follow-through of events.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and meeting with potential hotel guests
  • Preparations of guest quotations
  • Distribute daily events reports
  • Respond to Event and Catering sales inquiries
  • Scheduling reservations

Qualifications

  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in Hospitality management
  • 5 years of experience in Banquet Management
  • 35 years-old and above.
  • Competences and Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking and reasoning abilities
  • Experience as Sales and Events/ Banquet Coordinator
