BANQUET AND EVENTS MANAGER
Job purpose: To promote the facilities available in an energetic and professional manner with attention to detail in providing quotations for guests and follow-through of events.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying and meeting with potential hotel guests
- Preparations of guest quotations
- Distribute daily events reports
- Respond to Event and Catering sales inquiries
- Scheduling reservations
Qualifications
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Diploma in Hospitality management
- 5 years of experience in Banquet Management
- 35 years-old and above.
- Competences and Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Experience as Sales and Events/ Banquet Coordinator
