Ability Required

• Marketing ability: Knowledge and idea about marketing; Idea about graphic design; Advertisement strategy; Advertisement feedback collection and analysis;
• Branding: Idea of space branding and products branding methods; Sense of beauty and quality.
• Leadership: Ability to form solutions or strategies; Ability to form plans and distribute task schedules and monitor progress from different aspects; Ability of team building;
• Event management: Ability to in charge of events independently, budgeting and time control.
• Project management: Ability to handle different projects or tasks at the same time; Understand important or urgent tasks to be completed first while handling different tasks
• Sense of timing. Ability to overcome challenges to complete task on time.
• Communication: understanding and expressing.

Responsibilities

• Recommend practical marketing strategy, Lead the marketing team to implement the approved strategy with high quality, in charge of advertisement, marketing & advertisement feedback collection and analysis.
• Lead the marketing team to do branding internally to a large extent, with high quality of beauty and professionalism
• In charge of daily performance of the marketing department
• Organize events according to requirement
• Handle special tasks and projects from higher management

Targets

• Buildup an efficient and professional marketing team, with high standard performance generally.
• Implement marketing strategies and solutions with best procedures, results meet with expectations.
• In charge of events and projects independently, outlook in line with budget and time schedule.
• Branding office space, retail outlet and products etc.

Requirement

• Minimum qualification advanced diploma in Marketing and Sales or any related studies.
• Grade 12 Certificate with at least credit in English.
• At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in marketing.
• Affiliated to marketing body will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate.
