It has been smooth running for over a year and counting and is now being introduced onto the African market. Its attitude being more than anything, its motto being all ages, bolder colors, seeing as the OnlyRemy cosmetics are designed for people of color. To cover a wider audience our products are also sold online at www.onlyremy.com and other social media platforms like facebook, instagram and twitter. OnlyRemy cosmetics are sold across zambia through reputable wholesalers and retailers such as Simpex, Jubilee Chemist & Fair & White.
Job Description
OnlyRemy Zambia is looking to employ a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage retail and wholesale customer prospects. The Sales representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The Sales Representative will be involved in a broad range of activities including some or all of the following;
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid avenue and arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Reach out to customers through cold calling.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the line of Cosmetics
Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
