Head Information and Communication Technology at National Institute of Public Administration

To plan, co-ordinate and supervise training services in Information and Communication Technology studies, training and consultancy work in order to impart knowledge, skills and competences in students for the enhancement of their performance in the industry.

Reports to: Director Business Studies Division

• Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• PhD in Information and Communication Technology/Computer Studies
• Masters’ in Information and Communication Technology/Computer Studies
• BSc in Information and Communication Technology/Computer Studies preferably with merit
• Five (5) ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University awarding a BA/BSs Degree qualification or equivalent
• Minimum ten (10) years relevant postgraduate work experience at a supervisory level in a reputable organisation
• Evidence of publications in area of specialization.
