The National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) is a body corporate established under the National Health Insurance Act No 2 of 2018. The Act’s primary mandate is to provide for sound financing for the national health system in order to provide universal access to quality insured health services to all Zambians.
In fulfilling this mandate, the Authority now requires the services of;
Role: Office Orderly (01)
Principal Accountabilities:
The role will be responsible for providing basic office services. The role will ensure that all offices have office supplies and stationery in order that they can discharge their responsibilities effectively;
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the role will be;
- To file documents;
- To keep a log of all external mail;
- To distribute mail and all other documents from one office toanother;
- To give support in basic office supplies and office services;
- To prepare Boardrooms for meetings; and
- To undertake any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Qualifications;
- Grade twelve (12) School certificate with a pass in English Language; and
- A Certificate in business studies, administration or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Relevant Experience and other Attributes;
- Must be an effective communicator;
- Must be proactive;
- Must have knowledge and ability to operate basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc;
- Must be able to manage time and work through task as effectively as possible;
- Must have high levels of integrity and confidentiality; and
- Must have good organisational skills.
