Description
Sales Support
Consolidating monthly reports for Trade Marketing Representatives (TMRs). Follow-ups on TMRs’ weekly reports and objectives. Obtaining daily market feedback from TMRs from Lusaka and outside lusaka Supporting the Trade Marketing Representatives with general operations i.e availing the trade calendar for key accounts). Assist the team to achieve their monthly objectives, through facilitation of branded materials and trade tools. Ensuring and measuring the effective distribution of collateral through trade activities by collating the feedback and reports Dealing with and responding to high volumes of communications and emails from all Trade Marketing Representatives and also Data entry of pack count results and obtaining feedback. Customer Support
Organising training and provide company procedures for incoming staff. Equip new staffers with safety knowledge and familiarising them with human resources mandates. Ensuring all Trade marketing bike interns staff welfare. Data entry and customer data base management Event Management
Coordinating all logistics for events, conferences, and tradeshows. Attend to all events and check their effectiveness and coordinate with brand managers on organising events as per cycle plan instructions Coordinating cycle instructions between brand executives and country manager concurrently handling specific projects to achieve objectives Inventory management and order processing
Stock inventory management: Tracking and distribution of promotional material and stocks and Processing of staff sale invoices, reconciliations and liaising with finance for staff deductions. SHEQ System Process Adherence
Maintaining up to date archives of all marketing files as per ISO requirements Keeping record of assets and their movements (vehicles and kiosks). Making sure the department adheres to ISO; health and safety procedures. Disbursement and maintenance of all safety equipment (Uniforms and servicing vehicles and extinguishers) Providing a system of checks and balances between the country accountant and country manager. Payments of suppliers and Trade marketing representatives’ travel.
Adherence to all SHEQ policies and procedures in place covering; Staff sales procedure Pack count procedure Material deployment procedure Customer complaint handling procedure Market visit procedure Vehicle maintenance procedure All SHEQ mandatory policies and procedures Corrective action procedure Hazard/risks and aspects/impacts identification management and control procedure All records as applicable All other policies and procedures put in place from time to time Sales Administration
Organising Trade Marketing monthly meetings and minute taking noting on routes in need of development as well as competitor activities. Taking in internal and external phone calls. Relieving the receptionist at lunch and off days whenever the need arises. Accounting Clerk
Management of Debtors Creditors reconciliation Reconcile departmental cash position SAP Posting of all country payments, petty cash float, ecocash transactions and closing of GRV Processing of payments Monthly cash plan Planning necessary in the job:
Setting up venues for marketing events such as brand activations, sampling sessions, and cocktails. Execution of and coordination of the marketing cycle plan Trade event calendar Vehicle maintenance schedule Deadlines: Reporting
Incumbent will be required to consolidate weekly and monthly reports covering

- Stock variances
- Activity reports on all events that would have taken place
Degree of Supervision received: Moderate
Minimum Hiring Standards:
- Education: Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent
- Experience: At least one year sales and/or marketing experience
- High communication skills.
- Able to make and maintain contacts on all levels
- Outgoing
- Creative and innovative.
- Drivers licence.
- Highly organized
