Description
Nakangea Construction Limited is seeking to fill the vacancy of Administration Officer. The incumbent will be expected to work cooperatively as part of a team to provide efficient and effective
secretarial and administrative support. He/She will also offer financial support to the accounting team and also ensure that operations are within laid down procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounts or any business related course. A Degree will be an added advantage;
- At least 3 years’ experience of Administrative work in a similar position;
- Must be proficient with at least 2 or more accounting packages, excel and word applications;
- Proven track record of progressive administrative work.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent effective oral and written communication skills in English;
- Demonstrates high levels of confidentiality;
- Excellent planning and organising skills;
- Ability to prioritise work schedules;
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
