Description

Responsibilities

  • To support all the Systems, Products and Projects related to Mobile Money
  • Ensure implementation of new revenue adding services to achieve the business target
  • Ensure more transactions through the active vendors are kept as agreed with business and the vendor
  • Ensure mobile money applications stability and availability
  • Be involved and manage maintenance procedures and capacity planning of mobile money applications and other mobile money support network elements
  • Provide system availability reports on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all mobile money vendors and 3rd party integrators adhere to 100% SLA measurements and agreements
  • Ensure all root-cause analysis reports are received and provided to the parties concerned
  • Ensure Risk Secure AML functions are running as stipulated in the SLA
  • Be able to work independently on assigned nodes at expert level
  • Drive desired ethics level through structured awareness and training

Candidates Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Studies/Diploma in Information Systems and Programming (Level 2)/ or equivalent technical qualification
  • Should have worked with high financial transactional systems for at least 2 years   ITIL v2
  • Knowledge: in Oracle DBA / UNIX Advanced Administration   / GSM operations
  • Good work habit and motivation to achieve set goals within allocated time
