To provide superior collection, vetting, recording & data base update services to ensure safe custody of documents, in accordance with Bank of Zambia regulations and the MTN Zambia policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Vetting and updating all Mobile Money related documents
- File and code documents in approved system for easy reconciliation and retrieval
- Compile, analyze and submit timely reports to the financial team for Mobile Financial Services
- Vetting, Processing and Creation of Agent lines
- Management of Agent Contracts
- Providing assistance during UAT and Upgrade tests
- Vetting of Kiosk Agreements
- Providing Bulk payment training and consultation to Corporate clients
- Resolution of Mobile Money queries from Service Centers, Connect Stores, Agents, Merchants & Customer advice for walk in customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Business Administration Certificate
- Grade 12 with minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels
- 1 years’ experience in records management
