Mount Meru Petroleum (Z) Ltd seeks to employ qualified and experienced candidates in the following position:

IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

REQUIREMENT

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Experience on Windows Server installation and Maintcnance and Troubleshooting
• Experience on LAN, WAN, WLAN setup
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Support the roll-out of new application
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
• Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
• Test and evaluate new technology
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Should have grade 12 qualifications & Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science
• 3 to 4 Years’ experience
• And Good communication skills
