FINANCE MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible for the effective running of all financial oversight by ensuring that the Foundation meets its accountability, financial, compliance and performance obligation for all stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 12 Full School Certificate
  • Minimum of Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Banking and Finance/ professional with ACCA level 3 or equivalent with at least five (5) years relevant experience in an Ecumenical or Non- profit sector organization
  • Must be a member of recognized professional bodies such as ZICA,ACCA,CIMA etc

DESIRABLE SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Be computer literate and highly skilled in the use of Microsoft and Pastel system
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and capable of managing a broad range of areas
  • Be enthusiastic and motivated
  • Ability to work as  a team member

AGE: 35 years and above
