Lusaka Provincial Health Office (LPHO) with Support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the under listed positions:

Job Title: District Case Based Surveillance Officer (4)

Location: Chirundu, Chilanga, Chongwe and Kafue

Job Responsibilities: The Case Based Surveillance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the HIV CBS repository is functioning well. This includes the electronic  transfer of records from the facilities to the repository at the district as well as maintaining the case reporting database at the district

Key Duties;

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Grade 12 certificate;
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, IT or any Social Science
• Computer literate, with competency in using Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrates strong oral and written Communication as well as interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently
