Teller at LOLC Finance Zambia Limited

Main Duties

• Process customer transactions, receive deposits and loan disbursements
• Reconcile cash drawers, count and package currency and coins
• Complete special requests such as account closures
• Comply with bank operations and security procedures by participating in all dual-control functions, auditing other tellers’ currency and assisting in certification of proof.
• Must possess the following skills; good customer service, attention to detail, general maths skills, financial skills, software skills and thoroughness.
  Qualifications;
• Certified grade 12 certificate with a minimum of credit in English and Mathematics
• Any business related Diploma or Degree, preferably in Banking and Finance, Economics and Business Administration
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Teller
• Preferably based in Kitwe, with own accommodation
