HR Manager

We are looking for profiles and CVs of HR Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Duties:
Develop and administrate human resources plans and procedures ;
Manage all the HR operations ;
Coach employees through the organization ;
Conduct annual salary surveys ;
Perform annual interviews ;
Ensure the entire recruitment process ;
Support global mobility initiatives across the different locations.

Master degree in HR management or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Human resources ;
3 years’ experience minimum in a similar position ;
Highly motivated and self-driven ;
Excellent communication and listening skills ;
Organized and rigorous.
