Description

We are looking for profiles and CVs of HR Coordinators that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager and the HR Director in all functions ;
Improve HR policies, processes, and practices ;
Facilitate human resources processes ;
Assist with the recruitment and interview processes ;
Schedule and attend career fairs to generate qualified candidates ;
Analyze employee turnover and retention ;
Administer and monitor benefits plans.
