Description
We are looking for profiles and CVs of Country Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage all operations within a country ;
Provide market intelligence ;
Produce a detailed annual business operating plan ;
Recruit and manage staff ;
Produce business performance reports ;
Oversee the financial function of the business ;
Coordinate the logistics operations ;
Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant ;
Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly performance reports ;
Ensure that the business in-country affiliate adheres to other countries regulations.
Requirements
Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant field ;
10 years’ or more experience in management in international business ;
Ability to communicate effectively ;
Strong communication and organizational skills ;
Excellent negotiation skills ;
Results driven ;
Leadership skills ;
Analytical and planning skills.
