Description
We are in need for profiles and CVs of Administrative Operations Managers that will be sent to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Duties
Establish program and financial conformity for each grant funded
Inspect tracking, collecting, and reporting of program rents and bills from program participants
Integrate with site Coordinators/Managers to prepare and submit reports as required for internal and funder purposes
Harmonize with all departments to oversee and maintain site inventory of supplies
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit Management
At least 2 years in leadership or management
Understanding of fund accounting
Ability to work within a social services team climate
Excellent oral and written communications skills
