Structural Engineer

One of our clients seeks to recruit the services of a Structural Engineer to be based in Lusaka but be ready to work from any parts of Zambia from time to time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing reports, designs and drawings
  making calculations about loads and stresses
• Selecting appropriate construction materials and providing technical advice
• Obtaining planning and/or building regulations approval
• Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects
• Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors
• Administering contracts
• Managing projects
• Inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations

Qualifications and Experience Required

Degree in civil or structural engineering accredited by the EIZ With 5 Years or More work Experience on Civil Engineering Projects from Concept to Design and Project Management
