iSON Zambia commenced operations in 2015 and due to expansion we are looking for passionate individuals for the position of Customer Care Executives.

What is required?

  • Recently completed a diploma and/or degree.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer orientation skills.
  • Fluent in any or several of the following languages – English, Bemba, Nyanja, Portuguese, Afrikaans, Setswana, Oshiwambo, Chichewa, Tumbuka
  • Be flexible to work any shift (day or night); weekends and/or public holidays.
  • Pass a rigorous interview including above average typing speed and computer knowledge scores.
  • However it is not a requirement that you should have previous work experience.
