Description

ISON BPO commenced operations in Zambia in 2015 and due to expansion we are looking for passionate individuals for the position of Customer Care Executives.
Job Level: Entry level

Skills Experience and Personal Attributes
- Recently completed a diploma and/or degree.
- Fluent in either Portuguese, Afrikaans, Shona, Ndebele Oshiwambo, Chichewa, and Tumbuka.
- Demonstrate excellent customer orientation skills.
- Flexible to work any shift (day or night); weekends and/or public holidays.
- Pass a rigorous interview including above average typing speed and computer knowledge scores.
- However it is not a requirement that you should have previous work experience.
- But you must obtain clear Certificate of Good Conduct on being successful
