Management Accountant

As part of our continued growth and expansion, Insight Partners Africa Ltd, formerly SME Accounting Services Ltd is looking for professionals to join our firm as a Management Accountant.

JOB TYPE:

Full time three (3) year renewable contract

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Invoice and manage customer accounts
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
• Post purchase invoices and receipts onto Xero at the end of each week
• Maintain proper filing systems for sales, expenses, receivables, payables, staff payroll (NAPSA, Madison, PAYE)
• Prepare monthly payroll on Xero
• Prepare monthly management accounts and submit to the management team
• Ensure returns and payments of payroll deductions for NAPSA and PAYE
• Organise the monthly management meeting
• Bank statement filing and upload on xero and balance reconciliation
• Assist in workshop logistics
• Prepare annual financial statements by 31st Jan
• Ensure annual income tax and PACRA returns are submitted

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS-MANDATORY:

• FULLY Qualified Accountant ACCA, CIMA, CA
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other online documents, such as Google Docs.
• Working knowledge of Xero or Any Cloud Accounting Software a MUST.
• Must be solution driven
• Aged between 25 and 30 years

EDUCATION MANDATORY:

• FULLY Qualified Accountant ACCA, CIMA, CA
