RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY.

  • Looking for customers and explaining to them how we operate.

  • Carry out market survey of prices of competitors, customers and agents for price monitoring.

  • Sales promotion.

  • Gathering and utilizing market intelligence to company’s advantage.

  • Ensure that all customer queries, feedback and complaints are timely and amicably attended to and resolved.

  • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports and communicating to relevant personnel.

  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors.

    • MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Grade twelve certificate, Diploma/Certificate will be an added advantage.
    • At least a year of work experience in any field.
    • Smart looking and good behavior
    • Good Communication skills verbal and written
    • Team player
    • Must be able to achieve targets under minimum supervision
    • Must have a traceable record.
