Description
We are Looking for Data Entry Clerk to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.
The ideal candidate must have essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets. Ultimately, a successful Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for collecting and entering data in database and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
Responsibilities
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
- Scan Documents and print files, when needed
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations
- Perform backup operations.
Requirements
- Must be familiar with computers and Microsoft Office packages (Word,Excel,Access)
- Must be hard working and treat work with care
- Candidate must live within or near Roma area
- Must be familiar with administrative duties.
